NBC said Thursday that it is making a judge change on the popular show “America’s Got Talent.” Sharon Osbourne will replace singer Brandy as a judge in light of the two wrongful death lawsuits the R&B singer is facing stemming from her December 30th car crash. The lawsuit is filed by the family of the woman who died when her car was hit from behind by Brandy’s SUV.
Brandy’s representatives have said something to the effect that she wouldn’t be able to concentrate on the show. However, it should be obvious that this is NBC’s move to separate itself from this scandal. It’s a very sad story and we wish all the best to Brandy.
