Halo fans around the world are still anxiously awaiting the Halo 3 beta, which will be available for 3 weeks starting May 16th. In the meantime, hone your Battle Rifle skills in Halo 2. The Halo 2 ‘Blastacular Map Pack’ is now available for download over Xbox Live.
The price is $4 and it contains two maps: Tombstone and Desolation. Please note that the new map pack can’t be purchased with Microsoft Points (since Halo 2 is an Xbox 1 title).
Wahaha.. $4 is a much more reasonable price than $8. I still can’t believe they released maps for Halo 3 so soon and then had the audacity to charge for them. Those maps should have come with the game, seeing how disappointing online play was. Well, at least the cheaters were cleared out. =oP
