After a recent ratings slump with the 18-49 audience, ABC’s Desperate Housewives was able to reclaim some of its lost viewership. The show has become a household name, and it’s no wonder why. After hitting a record low on Easter Sunday with 15.9 million viewers, the show bounced back this Sunday. It was the Sunday’s top show with 16.9 million viewers and earned a 6.2, according to Nielsen Media Research’s weekly data, proving once again that fans are still head-over-heels for their beloved Housewives.
On the flip side, Fox’s latest premier Drive had a paltry 6 million viewers on average, earning a meager 2.6/6 from the crucial 18-49 audience. Much like NBC’s The Black Donnellys, viewership fell halfway through the premier as a half million viewers decided to either change the channel or turn off their televisions.
