Suspense thriller “Disturbia” raked in $23 Million in sales nationwide to secure the top spot at the box office this weekend. In this remake of Alfred Hitchcock’s “Rear Window“, a peeping tom teen under house arrest learns that his neighbor is a serial killer.
Disturbia took the crown from “Blades of Glory,” which slipped to number 2 in the first time since it’s release. Blades took in $14.1 Million to increase it’s domestic sales number to $90 Million.
