Eddie Griffin’s return to movies hasn’t been as glamorous as the comedian expected. On Monday, Griffin drove too fast and crashed a $1.5 million Ferrari Enzo into a concrete barrier at Irwindale Speedway.
The Undercover Brother may be “All Action,” but this actor is all thumbs.” The Enzo was completely destroyed in the crash. It was 1 of only 400 Ferrari Enzos that were produced between 2002 and 2004. The comedian was attempting to get publicity for his upcoming film, Redline. Luckily, Griffin escaped uninjured.
The rare car was owned by Daniel Sadek, the executive producer for Redline. Looks like the car collector will think twice before allowing “strangers” to drive behind the wheel of one of his exotic cars. On seeing the death of his dream car, Sadek said, “I’m glad Eddie came out of the crash OK, but my dream car got destroyed.”
The comedian did succeed in doing one thing, this blunder has generated publicity and attention to Griffin’s driving skills or lack thereof.

amazing… I hope they make him pay for it.
Btw, Eddie..Undercover Brother was terrible.
