What happens when the paparazzi try to take pictures of unwilling actresses, Pamela Anderson and Denise Richards? The actresses get sued, that’s what.

Here’s the back story. On Nov. 9, 2006 Anderson and Richards were staying at the River Rock Casino Resort in British Columbia, Canada. The two were working on their upcoming film “Blonde and Blonder.” The lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court claimed that Pamela and Denise assaulted photographers, Rik Fedyck and Scott Cosman, while trying to take their picture. During the twenty minute altercation, Richards called them “paparazzi scum” and assaulted them. She then through the photographers laptop computers out the hotel balcony. Ouch. Thankfully, no one was under the balcony and was hurt.

The report went on to say that the actresses made malicious comments against the two photographers causing them to lose revenue and clients. Denise Richards and Pamela Anderson, “made repeated false and defamatory statements to law enforcement and various media outlets which were deliberately calculated to embarrass, humiliate and ridicule plaintiffs.”

Currently, the monetary damages the reporters are looking for is unknown.
