For the second week in a row, “Heroes” has dominated its Monday night time slot. Fox tried to fight NBC during sweeps Monday Feb 12 with two back-to-back Bauer fests, but “Heroes” easily bested everyone’s favorite counter terrorist agent. NBC is thrilled by “Heroes” continued dominance. Since besting “24″ in January, the first day back from its December hiatus, NBC has been proudly declaring that they now own the adult 18-49 market. This is the first time a regular program has bested “24″ in this time slot since the “Everybody Loves Raymond” finale in 2005.
Looks like seeing your wife murdered by an ex-lover, coming back from the dead with a healthy dose of epinephrine, getting tortured by the Chinese, and killing your friends is just not enough these days. Maybe Jack needs to talk to Sylar about getting himself some nifty superpowers, like telekinesis or invisibility to shock his ratings back to number one.
