Seeking—Male and Female Singers: 20s-40s, all vocal ranges and physical types, seeking singers with legit Broadway voices for ensemble positions and to understudy principal roles. All ethnicities are encouraged to attend.
Equity chorus call will be held Jan. 25 at 10 a.m. (female singers) and 2 p.m. (male singers) at Ripley-Grier Studios, 520 Eighth Ave., NYC. Sign in Studio 17D. Prepare an uptempo or ballad that shows off your voice and range. Standard Broadway music is best. Please do not sing material from Beauty and the Beast. Tenors with a high “C” should be prepared to sing up to a “C”. Women should be prepared to show their belt and head (soprano and alto) voices. Bring sheet music. Accompanist provided. Bring pix & résumés, stapled together. Equity Chorus Procedures are in effect. $1465/week minimum. Equity DTP Production Contract.
