After last week’s debacle with lost underwear, Spears has not been seen throwing down with her less-than-illustrious, but mutually wealthy partner in crime Paris. As if the pop-star hasn’t had enough to worry about with two children, a hard-pocket-felt divorce, and an iffy-career comeback, Bette Midler recently dubbed the pair “wild and woolly sluts.” The Post reports, “Britney has been told by her people that if she ever wants a comeback, she has to stay away from Paris and start acting like an adult.” Sorry Spears, but Madonna - you are not.
Earlier this week, actress Uma Thurman found herself stuck in an elevator for over 20 minutes. The star of Kill Bill and her crew were running late for the filming of her upcoming movie “Accidental Husband.” Coincidentally, Darrell Hammond, a star on “Saturday Night Live,” also found himself trapped in an elevator Tuesday at the lone Star Boat Club. Hammond topped Thurman’s calamity by over ten minutes.
