After 35 years on the air as “The Price is Right” host, Bob Barker will soon say “Come on down!” for the last time. The 82 year old host has announced that he will leave the show come next June.
Barker launched his TV career over 50 years ago by hosting the popular show “Truth or Consequences“.
It is unsure at this point who will host “The Price is Right”, which airs on CBS, after Barker leaves. CBS spokesman Chris Ender said that the focus i currently on giving Barker a proper sendoff rather than replacing him.
